By accessing or using the BillSync platform, creating an account, or submitting a payment request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including customers, visitors, and any other person who accesses the service.

BillSync provides a managed bill payment request platform where customers submit payment requests that are processed by our executive team. We act as an intermediary service.

• Accepting and processing bill payment requests for electricity, water, internet, insurance, and other categories.
• Assigning dedicated executives to manage and fulfill your submitted requests.
• Providing a customer portal to submit, track, and review the status of your requests.
• Sending email notifications at key stages of the payment process.

When you create an account or submit a request, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or submitting a request.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with others.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts for the same individual may be suspended.

As a user of BillSync, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse our services in any way that could harm other users, our staff, or our platform.

• Submit only legitimate bill payment requests with accurate amounts and correct billing information.
• Upload only genuine supporting documents. Submitting forged or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited.
• Cooperate with assigned executives and respond to information requests in a timely manner.
• Not attempt to interfere with the platform's operation, servers, or security systems.

BillSync processes payment requests on your behalf. All fee structures, service charges, and payment processing timelines are communicated at the time of request submission.

• All amounts submitted must accurately reflect the actual bill amount due to your service provider.
• Processing timelines vary by bill category and are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery times.
• Refunds or adjustments are subject to review and must be requested within 7 days of the transaction.
• BillSync is not responsible for late payment penalties imposed by third-party service providers.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the BillSync platform. Violation may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

• Submitting fraudulent, false, or inflated payment requests.
• Uploading forged, altered, or counterfeit documents.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its databases.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BillSync staff or assigned executives.
• Using the platform for money laundering, illegal transactions, or any activity violating Canadian law.
• Automated scraping, crawling, or bot-based interactions with the platform.

BillSync provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

• BillSync is not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers or utility companies.
• We are not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
• Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific transaction in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Either party may terminate the use of BillSync at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

• You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• We may suspend your account immediately if we detect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Pending requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

BillSync reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
